Established in the first quarter of 2024, InVision’s Employee Engagement Committee’s purpose is to enhance company culture through increased engagement by directly involving team members in the evaluation, planning, and execution of efforts within the organization through the lens of our guiding principles.
Their goals are to create a sense of community within the organization, celebrate differences, embrace change, and engage our workforce in new and innovative ways. The committee is dedicated to developing and supporting an environment where team members feel engaged, empowered, and committed to their work by representing the voices and interests of InVision employees when developing activities and initiatives surrounding engagement.
The committee has already made a positive impact with several initiatives, and they are ready to continue to influence meaningful engagement with InVision’s team members. When the committee makes decisions, they do so with our guiding principles in mind to ensure that they are a direct reflection of the behaviors and actions InVision wants to foster throughout our company culture.
The committee members, who refer to themselves as Agents of Influence with Meaningful Engagement, is comprised of 15 members, representing all facets of the organization.
